Teamie Tuesday: In Color Pocket Letter

TeamieTues

This week, our Teamie Tuesday theme is pocket letters! I love making these and they are an excellent way to use up any scraps that you have been saving. In fact, this entire pocket letter is made using scraps of In Colour 2016-2018 cardstock and paper!

20170613_161824

If you are new to crafting this is also a really great way to get started on a smaller scale. If you can make a pocket letter, then you can definitely do lots of other crafts too. Each card also works great as a card topper or a gift tag. If you scale up your design, you have a scrapbook page!

Coffee Break Online Papercrafting Workshop

Ever since I saw the Coffee Break Suite in the brand new Stampin’ Up! Catalog for 2017-2018 I was deperate to get my hands on it! So, I thought, why not share my excitement and host an online workshop using it! The workshop will take place entirely online, but I will be mailing out a physical kit with a sample of some of the products. Full details of the workshop are at the end of the post, but first, let’s take a closer look at the Coffee Break product suite!

The first thing that really caught my eye about the suite was definitely the designer series paper pack. The pack contains 12 sheets of double sided DSP. There are 2 sheets of each of the 6 designs all using Early Espresso, Garden Green, Pear Pizzazz, Soft Sky, Soft Suede and Whisper White. My favourites are the wood grain pattern and the coffee bean pattern, although the coffee stains are also really cute! There is also a co-ordinating cardstock stack to go with the paper.

Next up, I wanted to give you a closer look at the great value Coffee Cafe Photopolymer Bundle. This includes a 16 pieces photo polymer stamp set that matches the DSP perfectly and the co-ordinating set of 13 framelit dies that fit the stamps perfectly. Each pack is also available separatly if you don’t want both, but if purchasing together as a bundle you will save yourself more than 10%!

There are also plenty of embellishments to match including ribbons and other elements. This is the ideal product suite for making gifts, cards and sweet treats for your coffee lover friends. However, even if you are not a huge fan of coffee, this is also perfect for creating hot chocolate or smoothie inspired crafts – the bundle includes ice cubes, straws and whipped cream!

Workshop Information

Now that you have seen the products, let’s talk about the workshop. If you have never taken part in one of my workshops in the past then this is how it works – you book a place on the workshop and you are invited to join a private group. Over the course of the weekend (Friday evening to Sunday evening) I periodically share exclusive tutorials using the kit as well as a few games and challenges. You will not only get to enjoy a weekend of crafting with like minded individuals, but you will also get the chance to pick up some fabulous prizes!

This month’s kit includes : DSP Samples, Ribbon, Cardstock, Die Cuts, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Envelopes and an Embellishment pack. It it the perfect way to sample the product suite without having to commit to the whole pack. I also offer the opportunity to ‘level up’ your kit with the addition of Stamps, Dies and Ink if you want some extras.

I like to keep the actual projects under wraps until the weekend, but as an idea of what you can expect to make some of the things I have in store this month include a small gift/favour, notecards, boxes, gift cards and more.

The workshop takes place on the 7th to 9th July 2017 and workshops must be paid for no later than 23rd June 2017 to allow me to order and dispatch your kit. If you are interested in taking part, please complete the form below indicating which level of kit you would prefer and I will send you an invoice. The options are as follows :

  1. Basic Workshop Kit – £20
  2. Basic Workshop Kit + 2 Co-ordinating Inks – £30
  3. Basic Workshop Kit + Photopolymer Stamps – £39
  4. Basic Workshop Kit + Framelits Die Set – £47
  5. Basic Workshop Kit + Inks, Stamps & Dies – £70

I hope you can join me! However, if you would rather just order the products yourself and get cracking, then you can do so online – don’t forget to use hostess code 3TFRY2CQ when ordering online for a free gift with a spend of £25 or more.
